The power of messaging: Creating space for meaningful conversations

Over the past year, we’ve started to see a meaningful shift in the way people communicate with their governments. Messaging has become a critical public engagement channel, with many of the first COVID-19 chatbots, for example, being developed using Facebook’s messaging apps, with the goal of communicating critical health information rapidly and at scale. This session discusses how we can help create space for meaningful conversations on Meta messaging apps.
