If you will be submitting trademark reports, please provide scanned copies of your trademark registration certificate(s) or screenshot of your registration(s) on the website or database of the applicable national or community intellectual property office(s). If you will be submitting copyright reports, please provide links to authorized examples of your copyrighted works, or screenshots of your copyright registration(s). Please note that we only support the following file formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF and PDF.
Statement of Authorization
If you represent an agency or other organization reporting on behalf of right owners, please provide a Letter of Authorization stating that a legitimate rights owner has authorized your agency for IP reporting on their behalf.
Intellectual Property Summary
Please describe the nature of the intellectual property rights you will be enforcing. For example, if you will be submitting trademark reports, please describe the marks you will be protecting. If you will be submitting copyright reports, please describe the types of copyrighted works you will be protecting.
